7. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Methodology

All aspects of TradeCalibrate are the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator, including but not limited to:

  • The Platform’s source code, design, user interface, and architecture.
  • All proprietary algorithms, scoring methodologies, and analytical frameworks.
  • The metric fusion engine, including all 12 fused composite metrics and their signal weightings.
  • The 8 trader archetype classification system and its scoring formulas.
  • The Trading IQ scoring system, its 6 domain weightings, and composite calculations.
  • The Prop Firm Readiness scoring methodology.
  • Retest inconsistency detection, emotion-behaviour incongruence analysis, perception experiment design, and all other analytical systems.
  • All 99+ base metrics, 96 dashboard metrics, statistical scoring models, cognitive bias detection algorithms, and trait scoring systems.
  • All scenario data, chart images, and labelling systems.
  • All branding, logos, names, and content.

These constitute trade secrets and confidential information of the Operator.

You must NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, scoring logic, metric formulas, or signal weightings of any part of the Platform.
  • Copy, reproduce, replicate, or create derivative works based on any aspect of the Platform’s methodology, metrics, archetypes, or analytical systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, systematically download, or extract data from the Platform using automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders, or similar tools).
  • Build, develop, or contribute to any competing product, tool, or service using knowledge, techniques, or insights obtained from TradeCalibrate.
